This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed via the Store section of our website: ask-ayurveda.com/store. While your purchase and delivery are handled by our trusted partner store, all customer communication is coordinated through our support team.

Orders are generally non-cancellable once placed. However, in rare cases, we may approve a cancellation request at our discretion.

Deliveries are handled by third-party courier services. Occasionally, delays or issues may occur. If your package is returned due to:

Return Guidelines (For Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

  1. Always contact us first at 📧 supportstore@ask-ayurveda.com before sending anything back.

    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Clearly describe the issue and send supporting photos.
  3. Do not ship the product back unless advised by our team.
  4. Return the product within 7 working days from our confirmation, in:
  1. Use a registered courier with tracking and proof of delivery.
  2. Mark the package as:

    “Defective Return – Not for Sale”
  3. Keep your tracking number and airway bill safe and share it with us.

    If the package is lost in transit, we will not be able to process your refund.
  4. Once received, the returned product will be inspected to determine the issue.
  5. Refunds are processed within 1–10 working days after inspection and approval.
  6. Safe return shipping is your responsibility, just as safe delivery was ours.
