Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through the Store section of our website, ask-ayurveda.com/store. While the final order, payment, and fulfillment are processed by our partner store, all customer service and return-related communication should be directed to our support team.

1. Order Cancellations
Orders, once placed, are generally non-cancellable by the customer. However, in rare cases, we may accept a cancellation request at our discretion.
- If approved, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
 
- Refunds are typically processed within 1 business day and may reflect in your account within 1–5 business days.
 
Price Changes After Order
If a product price changes after you place an order:
- You will be informed within 24 hours.
 
- You may choose to pay the difference and proceed with the order.
 
- If not, your order will be cancelled and refunded within 1–3 business days.
 
2. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, you may:
- Request a free replacement, or
 
- Request a full refund, including return shipping costs (once we receive the damaged product and proof of your shipping cost).
 
📌 Important: You must report damage within 2 hours of receiving the item.
Please email us at 📧 supportstore@ask-ayurveda.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
3. Incorrect Item Received
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item:
- We will arrange delivery of the correct item.
 
- The incorrect item will be picked up from your location.
 
- You may also choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
 
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or not delivered due to courier-related issues:
- We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve it.
 
- If the package is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, wrong mobile number, or recipient unavailability:
 
- Shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund.
 
- Refunds in such cases are processed within 4–7 business days.
 
5. No Returns or Refunds in the Following Cases
- The product was delivered correctly and in good condition.
 
- The product is returned without prior approval.
 
- The package was rejected without valid reason.
 
Valid Return Procedure (For Damaged or Incorrect Products Only)
To ensure a smooth return experience:
- Always contact us first at 📧 supportstore@ask-ayurveda.com — do not send items back without our confirmation.
 
- Clearly describe the issue and include relevant photos.
 
- Once approved, return the product:
 
- Within 7 working days
 
- In its original packaging
 
- With a copy of the invoice
 
- Use a reliable courier with tracking and proof of delivery.
 
- Clearly label the package:
 
 “Defective Return – Not for Sale”
 
- Keep your airway bill and share tracking details with us.
 
- Refunds are usually processed within 1–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
 
Note: Ask-Ayurveda.com provides a storefront and support interface. Order logistics and returns are managed in coordination with our trusted partner. All returns are subject to approval after inspection.
