Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions under which Users may cancel orders or request refunds for services or products purchased through Ask-Ayurveda.com (“Platform”).
1. Digital Services Cancellation
- Users may cancel a paid advisory, guidance, or educational session only if the Practitioner has not yet delivered the service.
- To request a cancellation, Users must email info@ask-ayurveda.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of technical issues or no-show by the Practitioner.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Practitioner unavailability or failure to deliver the service.
- Technical failures on the Platform that prevent the service from being fulfilled.
- Duplicate transactions made in error.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed advisory or educational sessions.
- User dissatisfaction with Practitioner advice (as the Platform provides informational—not medical—guidance).
- Late cancellation or no-shows by the User.
3. Product Order Cancellations (If Applicable)
- If a physical product is listed and ordered through the Platform, Users may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting info@ask-ayurveda.com.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
- Returns and refunds for products will follow the policies of the respective third-party vendor.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
- Users must submit refund requests within 7 days of the transaction.

All cancellation and refund-related inquiries should be sent to info@ask-ayurveda.com with the order ID, payment reference, and reason for the request.
