ASK-AYURVEDA.COM MARKETING CONSENT AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 25th November, 2024

This Marketing Consent Agreement ("Agreement") outlines how Ask-Ayurveda.com ("Platform"), operated by SWISS AYURVEDA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"), registered in India under CIN U86901MP2024PTC073695, with its registered office at H. No. 186, Bhel, Bhopal, Huzur, Madhya Pradesh, India, 462022, collects and uses user contact information for marketing communications.

By using this Platform and providing your contact details, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of your email address and mobile phone number for marketing purposes as described in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

• Your contact details will be securely stored and used exclusively for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

2. PURPOSE OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may use your contact information for the following purposes:

• To provide personalized health tips, wellness recommendations, and special discounts.
• To enhance user engagement and improve the overall customer experience with targeted communications.

3. MANDATORY MARKETING CONSENT

• By entering your email address and phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications, including but not limited to emails, SMS, and other electronic messages from Ask-Ayurveda.com.
• If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you must refrain from providing your contact details and exit the Platform immediately.
• Please note, once your contact details are submitted, there will be no opt-out option. If you later wish to stop receiving marketing messages, you must discontinue using the Platform.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

5. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

• Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent modification will be indicated at the top of this Agreement.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
