- The Company retains the right to reject, suspend, or terminate the account of any Practitioner found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or providing false information.
- The Company does not guarantee or certify the competence, expertise, or suitability of Practitioners. Users are encouraged to use discretion when interacting with Practitioners.
- Any disputes related to a Practitioner’s qualifications or actions must be resolved between the affected User and the Practitioner in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
- The Company will cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies in case of fraudulent misrepresentation.
5. CONSENT AND USER AGREEMENT
- By using the Platform, both Users and Practitioners consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.
- Users must check a box confirming they have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service when submitting a question or registering.
- Practitioners must also agree to the terms upon registration and confirm that their provided credentials are accurate and valid.
