ASK-AYURVEDA.COM USER GENERATED CONTENT POLICY

This User Generated Content Policy ("Policy") governs the submission and management of user-generated content ("UGC") on Ask-Ayurveda.com ("Platform"), operated by SWISS AYURVEDA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"), registered in India under CIN U86901MP2024PTC073695, with its registered office at H. No. 186, Bhel, Bhopal, Huzur, Madhya Pradesh, India, 462022.

By posting or submitting content on the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. DEFINITION OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT

• UGC includes, but is not limited to, reviews, comments, forum posts, articles, videos, images, testimonials, and other content submitted by users.
• UGC does not include content officially published by the Company or content that is subject to a separate agreement with the Company.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must:

• Ensure that their content is accurate, respectful, and lawful.
• Own or have permission to post any content they submit.
• Not submit defamatory, false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Not post copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary materials without proper authorization or permission.
• Grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize their submitted content for any lawful purpose related to the Platform, including marketing, without further compensation.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users must not submit or post content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, discrimination, threats, or content that is otherwise abusive.
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or disseminates medical misinformation.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Includes personal or sensitive information about others without their consent.
• Spams, promotes unverified health claims, or advertises unauthorized products or services.

Any violation of these terms may lead to the removal of content and suspension of user access to the Platform.

4. MODERATION AND REMOVAL OF CONTENT

• The Company reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any UGC that violates this Policy, applicable laws, or the Platform’s terms of use.
• The Company is not responsible for the content posted by users but will take action upon receiving valid complaints or upon identifying content that violates the terms of this Policy.

The Company may also take proactive steps to moderate content, particularly related to health and wellness information, to ensure that it aligns with platform standards and Indian regulations.

5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Users assume full responsibility for the content they submit to the Platform.
• The Company is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from reliance on UGC posted by users.
• Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to their submitted content, including any third-party intellectual property claims or violations of law.

6. REPORTING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• If a user believes that their content was wrongly removed or that their rights were infringed, they may submit an appeal to info@ask-ayurveda.com.
• Disputes arising from this Policy will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India.
• The Company aims to address disputes promptly and in good faith, in line with Indian consumer protection and e-commerce laws.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

• The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

• This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
