Shifted into a PG and needed something that could help with bloating and constipation. I had used options from Patanjali and other Ayurvedic brands earlier; this one does the job, but the taste is bitter.

The product is good. The taste, however, is really unpleasant and might make you complain, so it’s better to take it when no one is around :) Patanjali also makes it, and their version is much cheaper at around 70rs and tastes slightly better. It works well, so I’m giving it 4 stars. I reduced 1 star because they really need to improve the strong smell and very bitter taste. The water in my area causes me some problems, and this helped solve a few of them.

This product really works. Within 2–3 days, my constipation problems started getting better. It helps keep stools soft and supports regular bowel movements soon after waking up in the morning. I take 20 ml Abhyarishta + 20 ml Kumarasava mixed with 40 ml water twice a day after meals. It’s very helpful for people dealing with anal fissures and hard stool problems. Try using this for 1 month and you can notice your digestion improving over time.

Kerala Ayurveda's Abhayarishta is made without preservatives and is still available at a reasonable price. If I compare it with Baidyanath Abhayarishta, as I have used both for a long time, this Kerala Abhayarishta is slightly more bitter in taste and a bit thinner in consistency. The Baidyanath one tastes better and has almost the same ingredients, but it uses preservatives. So, I decided to continue with Kerala Ayurveda's Abhayarishta. Abhayarishta works very well in improving digestion and other related conditions and problems.

Took this for mild constipation as suggested by my aunt. Taste is slightly bitter but manageable if taken with water. Works slowly but steadily, I felt lighter in the mornings after a week. No stomach cramps or acidity. Bottle cap was tight and seal intact. I take 15ml at night after food. Bit strong smell but that’s normal for these ayurvedic tonics.
