Herbal oil gives gradual relief
My ayurveda doctor gave this for my stiff neck. Using it twice a day, massage followed by warm towel. Relief is there but gradual. Smell is strong herbal, I actually like it. It stains clothes a little, so I use old towel. Delivery was normal.
