Taking regularly for constipation and mild piles issue. Oil is thick and taste is not great, but it works gently overnight without cramps. Some days effect is delayed. I take with warm water before bed. Bottle is sturdy, no leak. Works better if taken with light food. Overall helpful but not instant.
