Good for regular motion
Started for constipation and gut cleansing. Taste is oily and strong but expected. I take 1 spoon with warm water at night. Works by next morning usually. No cramps or urgency. Sometimes need to adjust dose as effect varies. Bottle was tightly packed. Using 3 times a week now, seems to maintain regular motion well.

Works but taste tough
Taking it for constipation. It works quite effectively by next day but taste is very difficult to tolerate—thick and oily. I take it with warm water to make it easier. No cramps or side effects, just wish it tasted better.
