Heavy but Helpful Ghee
Taste is creamy but bit heavy—better with warm water. I used it for mild hormonal imbalance on doctor's suggestion. Took 3 weeks to feel changes in cycle. Ghee smell is strong but tolerable. No stomach upset. The tin was small but packed well. I take it early morning, empty stomach. Needs consistent use.

Heavy but effective
Bit thick and smells strongly herbal, but I got relief in acidity and digestion after regular use. I take with warm milk. Feels heavy if taken in large amount. Need to store properly, it melts in heat.
