Itching Reduced, Slight Heating Effect
Started for food allergies and rashes — taste is strong and spicy-sweet, bit too heating in Chennai summer. Still continued, and itching reduced somewhat. Thick like jam, sticks to spoon. Packaging is good, but a tiny air bubble in seal was there. Doctor had recommended, so felt safe using.

Good for mild stomach issues
Taste is sweet with a strong herbal aftertaste. Helped me with bloating after heavy meals, especially during travel. I take half spoon at night. No side effects. Slightly sticky texture, needs warm water after. Lid could be tighter maybe.
