Joint pain eased slowly
Using this for knee stiffness. Took almost 15 days to feel effect, but now less swelling. Smell is typical ayurvedic. Tablets are bit hard to crush, so I take with warm water. Pack was intact. Would’ve liked faster result but ok only.

Helps Ease Knee Ache
Started with low dose as the smell is a bit strong, but it settles after a few days. Helps ease my knee ache, especially after climbing stairs, though the effect comes slowly. Bottle arrived safely with proper seal. Only slight warmth in the stomach sometimes, so I take it with ghee or warm water. Overall feels good for regular use.
