Helps Me Sleep Peacefully
Calmed my overthinking during stressful days. Sleep quality improved too. Took with milk at bedtime as advised. Smells quite traditional, slightly bitter taste but ok. Container was plastic but sturdy. Felt safe to use, no stomach issues so far.

Feeling calmer lately
Been taking it for stress and sleep. After 10 days, sleep is slightly deeper and anxiety is lesser in evenings. Taste is a bit odd but manageable. I take it with warm milk at night. No dizziness or discomfort. Tin box feels premium. Expiry was fresh. Pretty satisfied so far.
