Good for mild gas
These tablets helped with my bloating and light gas after heavy food. Taste is a bit strong, like garlic but not unbearable. I take one in evening, works best that way. Comes in a small bottle, very tight seal. Affordable and does what it says. Not a miracle but helpful when stomach feels heavy.
