Helped voice heaviness
Took it for throat swelling due to shouting during coaching. After 5 days, voice felt clearer and swelling less. Slightly bitter taste but tablet is small. Delivery was ok only, box had minor dent but product safe.

Unsure but will continue
Using for my thyroid but can’t say much change yet. Maybe takes longer. Tablet taste is bitter if chewed, so better to swallow fast. No upset stomach or anything. Price is decent for the quantity.
