Slow but Noticeable Relief
Been taking for mild swelling in neck area—seems less now but very slowly. No bad taste and easy to digest. I take with warm water morning and night. No visible side effects. My cousin also started and said it helped her voice slightly. Delivery box was fine but bottle was little loose inside.

Helped voice heaviness
Took it for throat swelling due to shouting during coaching. After 5 days, voice felt clearer and swelling less. Slightly bitter taste but tablet is small. Delivery was ok only, box had minor dent but product safe.

Unsure but will continue
Using for my thyroid but can’t say much change yet. Maybe takes longer. Tablet taste is bitter if chewed, so better to swallow fast. No upset stomach or anything. Price is decent for the quantity.
