Helped a bit over time
Was taking this for acidity and mild cough as per doctor. Taste is fine but slightly chalky, mixes ok with honey. Took a few days to feel better. No strong relief on first try but slowly improved. Bottle is small but came safely packed. No issues with seal. I take it in morning mostly. Works ok if taken regularly.
