Mostly helpful for periods
Started using it for irregular cycles and some bloating. First month didn’t notice much but by second cycle it was more regular and cramps were a bit less. No weird smell or aftertaste. Easy to swallow, but one capsule had slight powder leakage. Nothing major though. Taking regularly now and hopeful it’ll improve further.
