Reduced cramps gradually
Started for monthly cramps and heavy flow. After one full cycle, noticed less pain and better mood. Taste is ok, little bitter but not bad. No side effects for me. Using with doctor’s advice. Bottle was sealed well and no damage.

Some Relief in Period Issues
Taking for cycle irregularity. Taste is sour-sweet, manageable. After 3 weeks, cramps are slightly less and flow more regular. Bottle cap was loose but no leakage. No side effects noticed so far. Will continue one more month and see fully. Hopeful.

Good for monthly discomfort
Started using this for irregular periods and mood swings. Took 3 cycles to show proper effect, but now flow is better and cramps are less. Taste is bitter but I got used to it. No side effects. Delivery was fine. Bottle is big, needs fridge space.

Helped during heavy flow
Started taking during cycle for cramps and heavy bleeding, it reduced slightly after two cycles. Smell is quite strong and taste is sour, but manageable with water. No side effects noticed.
