Taste is bitter and strong but expected. I took it mainly for feverish feeling and body heat during weather change. Took about 4–5 days to feel better. Not instant, but helped gradually. One time seal was slightly loose, but no leak. Overall ok for immunity type things.

Been using this for mild feverish feeling and body pain during weather change. It gives slow but very calming effect. Took it with warm water as per advice. Seal was proper and bottle also clean. Using it for immunity build up also, till now no issues at all.
