Light and Regular Relief
Bit strong in taste but does the job well after heavy meals. I take a small dose at night and next morning feel light only. Took 3–4 days to see proper effect. Smell is slightly pungent but ok. Glass bottle was nicely sealed, no leakage. Doctor recommended for constipation and bloating, and it’s helping gradually.

Good for mild constipation
Works well for regular constipation issues, especially after heavy food or travel. Bit strong smell but manageable. Tastes slightly bitter-sweet but ok. Took 2–3 days to see effect, not immediate. Glass bottle was packed nicely, no leaks. My father is also using it and finds it helpful.

Helped ease constipation slowly
Taste is a bit bitter but manageable with water, I started taking it at night after meals and after a week it gave some relief in regular motion. Doesn’t work instantly but slowly improves digestion. Smell is herbal but not too strong. Using it daily now, feels lighter in the morning.
