Good but slow results
Started for irregular cycle and mood swings. It took almost a month to show proper results but now feeling better and more stable. Pills are small and no aftertaste. My sister had slight bloating with this but I didn’t feel any issue. Overall ok if you’re patient.

Helped regulate things gradually; took around three weeks but cycles feel steadier now. Slight herbal smell but ok only. No side effects for me. Packing was fine, though seal felt a bit tight. Overall quite useful, especially during stressful office months.
