Fast relief in cold weather
Worked surprisingly fast for body ache and tiredness during recent cold weather. Taste is bitter but I mix it with a bit of warm honey. No clumping seen. Very fine powder. Delivery was smooth, arrived in 3 days with seal intact.

Mixed this with warm water and felt good relief in body heaviness after a few days, though the bitter edge is strong honestly. Powder blends ok but sometimes small clumps remain. Delivery was fast and pouch intact. Effect varies a bit with my diet but overall gives a steady pick up during tiring weeks.

Strong bitter taste, not everyone's cup of tea, but I took it with warm water in the morning and felt a little more energetic during office hours. It settles well, no stomach trouble. Took about a week to notice any real difference. Packet is simple, reseals ok only. Smell reminds me of old ayurvedic shops.
