Works slowly but helps
Bit slow to show results but gradually I started feeling better joint movement. Tablets are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I take them with warm water after meals. No issues with digestion. Bottle came sealed properly and expiry was fine. For older people like my mother, effects are seen only after regular use for few weeks.
