Back stiffness reduced a lot
Had some back pain due to long sitting. After a week of use, felt more flexible. Smell is slightly strong but I didn’t mind. Didn’t cause gas or stomach issue. Delivery was fine. No damage. I take one after lunch daily.

Gentle joint relief support
Mild joint relief after consistent use; effect is slow but noticeable on cooler days. Tablets taste slightly bitter and sometimes stick to the bottle wall. Delivery was smooth. Good for gentle support, though I wish the tablets were a bit less strong in smell.
