Decent for swelling
Been using for knee inflammation on and off. 2 tablets daily. Helps reduce swelling slowly, not fast acting. No side effects noticed, though one day stomach felt bit tight. Smell is earthy, not unpleasant. Strip was slightly bent in courier but tablets fine. Will continue and see how it goes.
