Slow but solid relief
Back pain had been nagging me for weeks and after taking for 10 days, stiffness reduced and sitting long hours is better now. No stomach upset or anything, just that the capsules smell quite herbal and bitter if you bite by mistake. Easy to carry in bag, I just wish the outer seal wasn’t so loose – felt like already opened but inside strip was fine.

Helped neck stiffness a bit
Took these after long travel and stress. Slight relief in neck area, still continuing. Capsules don’t smell, easy to carry in bag. Works slow, but no side effects. Delivery was fast, no issue with seal. Feels mild but useful.

Slow but Steady Back Relief
Using it after long sitting hours, and the relief is slow but noticeable by end of week. Capsules are average size and easy to swallow. No aftertaste. My pack had a tiny dent on the outer box but strips were intact. Helps reduce that dull back tightness, though not magic—works better when combined with light stretching.
