Felt relief in my joints
Using since a month after meals with warm water, taste is quite bitter but manageable. Smell is strong herbal. Saw gradual relief in knee stiffness, especially early morning. Didn’t notice any major side effects. Bottle was sealed fine, no leaks. I just wish the powder dissolved better, a bit grainy sometimes but overall ok.

Soothing herbal joint relief
The decoction has a slightly bitter-herbal aroma but feels soothing when sipped warm in the evening. After a few days I noticed calmer joints and less random stiffness. Sometimes the taste feels a bit sharp, so I add a splash of hot water. Delivery was on time and the bottle didn’t leak. Good subtle support.
