Took this daily in morning with milk as told by vaidyar. Taste is ok only, slightly oily feel in mouth but nothing bad. After 1 month, feel less creaky in joints especially in knees. It's not a dramatic change but definitely some strength is there now. Packaging was neat and came in proper time. No side effects seen till now.

Took it for bone strength after ankle fracture, using since 2 months now. Taste is weird, bit oily and slightly bitter, but I mix in warm water and drink. No major visible effect but joint feels more stable. Slight nausea on first few days but settled later. Got the bottle safely, but label was half peeled off.

Using for knee cracking sound, feels a bit better now. Taste is ok only, not too bitter. Took regularly for 3 weeks before noticing any difference. Bottle was properly packed, seal intact. Slight sediment at bottom, so I shake before use. Not sure how long to continue, but no side effects so far.

This is a traditional formulation, and I’ve used it off and on for knee issues. Smells earthy, not overpowering. Very light oil, absorbs nicely if used warm. Takes time but gives steady relief. I massage it in before sleep. Glass bottle is sturdy, no spill during courier. Keeping it in kitchen shelf in original box.
