Bones feel better now
Started this along with light massage and it’s helping slowly with ankle pain. Capsules have mild smell but no bad taste. Took with warm milk at night as per instructions. No side effects so far. Bottle came intact, but the label was slightly wrinkled. After 20 days of use, movements feel less painful in cold weather.
