Capsules smell a bit strong, but I’m used to it now. Taking it in mornings helped with bloating and tiredness. Noticed fewer sick days during winter. Seal was tight and delivery was on time. Works well with warm water.

Taking it during busy travel days. Slight improvement in energy and digestion. Smell is ghee-like but capsules hide it mostly. Bit heavy if taken late evening. No leakage in bottle, came well packed.

Taking it for immunity as I get frequent cough in weather change. Capsule is ghee-based so little oily feel in mouth but tolerable. Been two weeks, no new cold so maybe working. I take after food. Comes in small jar, tight seal. Bit expensive for quantity but if it keeps me well, then ok.
