Used it for a week on my knee sprain. Texture is thick but spreads well, feels warm and gives relief after 10–15 mins. Smell is strong camphor-like but ok for me. I apply it twice daily and wear loose cotton after. One time it stained a bit on my bedsheet, so now I cover with cloth. Swelling reduced, still slight pain left.
