I started taking this after dinner for constipation and it’s working quite well so far. Stomach feels lighter in the morning and it doesn’t give any cramps or urgency. Slight bitter aftertaste but manageable with water. Capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t upset my system. Took 4–5 days to start showing results though.
