Warm oil for old pains
My father uses this for shoulder pain from old injury. We warm it slightly before massage—absorbs well but stays oily for a while. Pain is not fully gone but definitely less now. Helps him sleep better. No side effects. Bottle is glass, so we handle carefully. No leaks so far.

Helped with joint aches
Felt a bit thick and strong smell but quite soothing after warm application especially in the evenings. Took around 10 days to notice some ease in shoulder pain. Used it with light massage before bath. Glass bottle came safely in bubble wrap, no leakage. Slight staining on clothes if not washed properly.
