Good for feeding mothers
Using post delivery, feeling more energetic and milk flow has improved slightly. Tastes nice actually, bit sweet. No side effects for me or baby. Package came fine, seal intact. My mother-in-law also liked it for general strength.

Mild effect but no harm
Bought for postpartum care as recommended by doctor. Used it regularly for a month, felt mild improvement in energy and sleep, not dramatic but ok only. Slight herbal smell, not too strong. No side effects or discomfort. Bottle was intact, expiry date fine. Wouldn’t say miracle but safe for new mothers.
