Using since 1.5 months, periods became more regular and cramps are less. No side effects. Tablets are small and easy. No smell or taste issue. Good for stressful days.

Mood swings during cycle have reduced after regular use. Bleeding pattern also slightly more steady now. No strong smell or taste, easy to take. Took time though—about one month for full effect. Packaging is simple, no issue.

Hot flashes and mood swings are lesser now. Took around 2–3 weeks to notice proper change. No side effects. Tablets smell herbal but not bad. Packaging was neat and easy to open. Happy with it so far.

Taking before periods, noticed slight improvement in mood and cramps are less severe now. Tablet smell is herbal but mild. Strip was slightly bent in one corner, otherwise fine. Will continue for a month
