Very useful oil for sprains and muscle pain. I applied on my ankle sprain and swelling reduced in two days. Smell is herbal and strong, typical ayurvedic type. Bit greasy so I prefer using it at night before sleep. Soaks into skin slowly. Glass bottle is sturdy, just wrap it well if carrying during travel.

I applied it for minor sprain and elbow bruise—smell is strong but feels cooling. Oil is slightly thick but absorbs ok if massaged properly. Worked slowly but gave relief in 3 days. Also used once for cracked heel, helped overnight. Cap was a bit loose on arrival but no leak. Overall decent.

I applied on my swollen knee at night and it gave good relief by morning. Bit strong smell but doesn’t last long. Oil is thick so better to apply with cotton. No stains on clothes luckily. I even used on minor burn and it helped.

Been applying for small sprains and cuts at home, absorbs well and gives cooling feel. Slight herbal smell but not too strong. Works best if applied after cleaning the area. No leaks, bottle cap tight, easy to store.
