Energy boost for office days
Started taking one daily in the morning, felt less tired by evening. Sleep is also slightly better. No side effects. Smells bit spicy but nothing too strong. Noticed small improvement in mood also. Capsules are easy, just need to take with warm water. Came quickly, no damage in parcel.

Better energy after few weeks
Energy was quite low due to stress and late nights. Took this for 3 weeks now and feeling more fresh in the morning. Slight aftertaste if taken without food. No acidity or discomfort. Packaging was neat, plastic container inside a carton box. Capsules look slightly uneven but no breakage.
