Works best with good diet
Using it for energy and weakness after long illness. On its own, results are ok only, but with better food and rest, it helps. Didn’t feel sudden boost, but body feels more steady now. No bad burps or heavy feeling. Pack was fine, no issues with delivery. I take it in morning with warm water.

Feel less tired now
Started as general tonic for daily fatigue. After around 15 days felt bit more active, especially evenings were easier. Capsules are small and easy to take. Packaging was clean, label print was slightly faded but not an issue. Bit slow to work but steady.
