I warm it a little and massage on back and legs before bath. Oil is thick but absorbs decently, bit sticky but bearable. Smell is not too bad, feels herbal. My stiffness has come down over 10 days, though pain relief is only mild. Helps more if I do light stretching after. Bottle leaked slightly during travel, so lost a bit.
