Mild results so far
Started using for improving general weakness and low energy. Mixed with ghee as suggested. Taste is earthy, slightly bitter. No issues with digestion, but effect is quite slow. Using for 3 weeks now, slight improvement only. Powder is fine, mixes ok. Will continue for another month and see.

Using with milk at night
I take half spoon with warm milk as per instructions. Taste is ok-ok, bit earthy and bitter. Sleep feels better and feeling bit fresh in morning. Not a dramatic change but helpful overall. Powder is fine and mixes well. Jar was sealed and no damage during delivery.
