Helps digestion quite nicely for me and the mild herbal smell is ok only once you get used to it and I felt the effect building slowly across a week with less heaviness after meals though one tablet was slightly chipped but still usable and the seal came tight overall so I kept it in my office bag and take it when meals get irregular and the results stay steady most days though sometimes bit slow.
