Warm relief for joints
Very good for my knee pain in winter. Massage at night gives warm soothing effect. Oil is thick and sticky, needs proper cleaning. Smell is strong ayurvedic type but manageable. I noticed less stiffness in morning now. One issue – outer box was slightly crushed in delivery but bottle was safe.
