Taking half spoon every night with warm water. Taste is earthy and slightly bitter but manageable. Helps with gas and bloating. Sleep quality has also improved a bit. Comes in sturdy box, seal was tight. Good for digestion but don’t expect sudden effect. Better if used regularly.

Good for constipation but acts quite fast, so I take less than spoon. Bit sour and hard to mix in plain water, better with warm water. No side effects so far. Packet seal was intact, expiry was far.

Bit hard to swallow as powder but very effective for constipation. Works well if taken at night with warm water. Slightly sharp aftertaste. No stomach cramps or issues so far. Small leak from pouch when arrived but manageable.
