Good for joint stiffness
I used it for knee stiffness, and it really helped after about a week. Size of the gutis is ok, not too big. Slight smell, but no aftertaste. Felt mild acidity once when I took on empty stomach, so better after food. Delivery came in time, properly packed. Price seems fine for the effect. Using once daily now.

Good for mild constipation and bloating. Works gradually if taken regularly, not instant. Smell is earthy, tablets little dusty but no issue. I take it at bedtime with lukewarm water. Bottle is compact and handy. No side effects so far. Satisfied.
