Sleep improved a bit
Been taking one tablet before bed. Not a knockout effect, but mind feels calmer. Sleep is bit deeper now. No morning heaviness. Smell from bottle is herbal. Tablets slightly powdery but ok. Came on time, no damage to strip. Continuing for now.

Calming Sleep Support Tablets
Started taking it before bedtime due to work tension, and within a few days, sleep felt deeper and more refreshing. Slight herbal bitterness but manageable.
