Slow but Helpful Herbal Relief
Using it for body stiffness and swelling, works slowly but gives light relief over time. Slightly bitter and strong herbal smell, but manageable with warm water. Comes in good pouch, seal tight. No clumps, mixes ok. I take it twice a day after meals as per vaidya’s advice. So far ok only.
