Bought this on suggestion from Ayurveda doctor for urinary issues. It seems to be working slowly, flow is better now. But the tablets have strong smell and taste, so I keep water ready. No upset stomach or anything. Using it for 3 weeks. Delivery was quick. Only thing is bottle cap was a little loose when it arrived, but no tablets missing.

Using it daily after meals, helps somewhat with frequent urination and mild bloating, but results are not very fast. Slight bitterness is there, manageable with water. Smell is herbal and strong, but doesn’t linger. Tablet size is fine, easy to swallow. No side effects noticed so far. Bottle was sealed well. I think it may take few weeks more to fully show proper result.

Using for urinary health. Feels good, especially for frequent urge and discomfort. Taste is slightly bitter but tolerable. I take it with warm water twice a day. Felt slight dryness in mouth initially. No other issue. Delivery was normal, expiry 18 months away.
