Very effective on stiff neck
Used on neck and shoulder after long office hours. Balm heats up slowly and relaxes muscle. Smell is strong but I like it. Not greasy. Applied twice a day. Small bottle but lasts long. Price also ok.

Strong smell but works
Smell hits you first, bit strong like usual ayurvedic balm, but it really helps with joint stiffness in the morning. My dad uses it for knee pain, feels relief in 10–15 minutes. Texture is thick but spreads well, doesn’t feel too oily. Good for winter especially. Only thing is lid was bit loose when it arrived, but nothing leaked.
