Works but tablets stick
Felt some relief in body heaviness after a few doses. Tablets are bitter and bit sticky inside the bottle, maybe due to humidity. I kept it in a dry place after that. No major side effects. Took it after meals for easier digestion.

Slight heat in body
I took it for immunity and strength during seasonal change. Energy improved but felt slight heat after 3–4 days. Reduced dose and it was fine. Smells a bit pungent, not unpleasant though. Delivery box had one corner slightly crushed but tablets were safe.

Works slow but steady
Started using for mild sugar control. No big drop, but reading is more stable now. Taste is bitter so I just swallow quickly. Tablets are not too big. Takes time to show effect, so need patience. No issues with delivery. Will continue for another month and check again. Good option if you want natural support

Using one tablet at night and it feels easing but not every day; some nights the effect is slower. Slight herbal bitterness but breaks easily with water. Bottle had a tiny dent but tablets were perfect. Decent choice for gentle support.
