Helps with joint stiffness
Taking it for joint stiffness. Feels slightly better after morning dose, though effect fades by evening. No acidity or stomach upset which is good. Taste is bitter if you keep it in mouth too long. Packaging was fine, tablets neatly sealed. My mother also tried and said it helped her knees a bit.
